At Raahposh, every pair of shoes is carefully crafted through our own master manufacturing process to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction. We want you to shop with confidence, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product.

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability).

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product is returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and accessories.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product has been worn or used.

The product is damaged due to customer misuse.

The original packaging or tags are missing.
-
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The product was purchased during a final clearance or special sale marked as non-returnable.
Size Exchange
If the size does not fit, we are happy to exchange it, subject to stock availability.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to size exchanges unless the wrong size was sent by Raahposh.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

A damaged or incorrect product cannot be replaced.

The return request has been approved after inspection.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account or mobile wallet.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If requested, share photos or videos of the product.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange if it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Raahposh will cover shipping costs if we shipped the wrong or defective product.
Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products undergo a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
Raahposh reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
