Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.


Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase amounts.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details, if available.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Raahposh offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

our courier partner may make another delivery attempt or return the parcel to us.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in future Cash on Delivery orders being declined.


Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information (where available) will be shared so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Political or regional disruptions

  • Courier service delays

  • High seasonal order volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
